Here’s what I’m up to now (January 2026):

• I am accepting new clients in my private practice, with some availability via telehealth as well as in person at my office near Harvard Square in Cambridge.

• My book, The Minds We Want: A Theory of Mental Health, is forthcoming with Oxford University Press in 2026.

• I will be teaching Philosophy of Mind at Simmons University in Spring 2026.

• I am preparing an entry on disability and addiction for The Disability Bioethics Reader.

• I will be giving two lectures on “The Philosophy of Wittgenstein: Implications for Psychoanalysis” in June 2026 to the China American Psychoanalytic Alliance.

• I continue to write on topics in mental health at my Substack, Presenting Problems, as well as at my ongoing blog, Philosophy and Therapy, at Psychology Today.
