I am an Outpatient Clinician at the Freedom Trail Clinic, a training site for the Massachusetts General Hospital Schizophrenia Program. I previously trained at Boston Medical Center, the Massachusetts Institute of Psychoanalysis, and Simmons University, from which I received my MSW.
I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Philosophy at Bentley University. I previously held appointments at Peking University, Cambridge University, Sydney, the ANU, and Colorado. Syllabi for my current and past courses can be found under Teaching. I received my PhD in Philosophy from Princeton.
My book on the metaphysics of agency, Options & Agency, is under contract with Palgrave Macmillan. Other publications, including a recent article on substance use disorders and disability, can be found under Writing.
